The pioneers of User Research

We're not one of those agencies that was born overnight with the UX boom. We come from some of the best ergonomics schools in the world and we helped establish UX in France. We've been teaching it for more than 10 years in a number of key schools such as Sup'internet, Epita and IFA Paris. What's more, as psychologists, we were also among the pioneers in the field of User Research, at a time when nobody was paying much attention to it. We defended it against all odds in order to help users.

We prefer less but better. Rather than unleashing ergonomists, UX designers and user researchers on your premises without a parachute, we come in regularly to take stock of what's going on and to unblock situations where our consultants need help in implementing the right methods. In fact, for our consultants to be able to help you, you often have to change first and agree to set up the right working environments.
